PaulHood in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Seasonal Client Success Representative I to support in-office members, onboarding, ongoing relationships, and value realization of their membership. You will help resolve basic issues, respond to inquiries, and connect members with services aligned to their goals.

The role runs December 8, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with a focus on detail, empathy, and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• One year in customer service or administrative support is required.
• Data entry or call center experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Manage client requests, ticket queues, and escalate complex issues.
• Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
• Support onboarding, portal access, and technology questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor client statuses and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate meetings and process administrative requests.
• Support office operations including mail, supplies, payroll, and checks.
• Maintain front desk coverage and client survey administration.
• Prepare workspaces for new employees and assist with office readiness.
• Contribute to process improvements for client service and efficiency.
