Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Manage client requests and ticket queues; escalate complex issues.
• Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
• Assist with onboarding, portal access, and tech-related questions.
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor client statuses and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate meetings and process administrative requests.
• Support office operations including mail, supplies, payroll, and checks.
• Maintain front desk coverage and visitor tracking.
• Prepare workspaces for new employees and assist with onboarding.
