Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide updates.
• Manage client requests and ticket queues; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
• Support client onboarding, portal access, and technology questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate meetings and handle administrative requests.
• Support office operations, including mail, supplies, payroll, and check processing.
• Maintain front desk coverage and client survey administration.
• Contribute to process improvements for client service and efficiency.
