PaulHood in Muskogee, OK is seeking two Seasonal Client Success Representatives I for in-office support from December 8, 2026 through April 30, 2027. The role focuses on onboarding, sustaining member relationships, and ensuring members experience value at every touchpoint.

You will respond to routine inquiries, manage tickets, collect documentation, support onboarding and CRM updates, and collaborate in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Ability to learn new technology and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide timely updates and support.
• Manage client requests, ticket queues, and escalate complex issues.
• Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
• Support onboarding, portal access, and technology-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor client statuses and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate meetings and process administrative requests.
• Maintain front desk coverage and assist with office operations.
