Qualifications

Data entry or call center experience preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine client inquiries with timely updates and support.
Manage client requests and ticket queues; escalate complex issues.
Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
Support client onboarding, portal access, and tech questions.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Monitor client statuses and follow up on outstanding items.
Coordinate meetings and administrative requests.
Support office operations including mail, supplies, payroll, and check processing.
Maintain front desk coverage and visitor tracking.
Prepare workspaces for new employees and assist with onboarding.
