Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will help ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels while keeping the office organized and welcoming.

The role emphasizes fast-paced service, strong communication, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling and multiple locations may be required, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
