You will help ensure each client’s needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean and organized office with the team.

This role emphasizes friendly client interactions, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
