Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Associate to welcome clients, start the intake process, scan tax documents, and perform basic data entry. You will schedule appointments, answer phones, and keep clients informed during wait times while supporting Tax Pros with daily office needs.

Responsibilities
