Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Client Service Associate in Florida. No experience is required as PAID training is provided; you will welcome clients, initiate intake, manage documents, and support tax professionals to deliver excellent service.

You’ll work at multiple locations with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, including tax training and ongoing education. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with additional bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a great first impression.
• Start the client intake process.
• Scan and organize tax documents.
• Perform basic data entry accurately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times.
• Assist with local marketing efforts.
• Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
