Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Associate in Marianna, FL. You will welcome clients, initiate intake, handle tax document scanning, data entry, appointment scheduling, and phone follow-up to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will work closely with Tax Pros, support office operations, and help with local marketing while enjoying paid training, hourly pay with bonus opportunities, and flexible scheduling. This role emphasizes friendly service and reliability.
