Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Associate in Houston to welcome clients, start intake, scan tax documents, and perform data entry while supporting Tax Pros to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll schedule appointments, answer calls, and help keep clients informed, with paid training and a flexible schedule to fit around busy tax seasons. Training, bonuses, and wellness resources are available to staff.

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, office, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
