Job summary

Hermès is seeking a Seasonal Client Relations Center Coordinator in New York, NY, onsite at the corporate office. You will be the primary contact for Hermes.com and flagship boutiques via phone, email and live chat, upholding exceptional service standards to elevate the client experience.

The assignment spans 3 months, with an hourly rate of $21.00 for seasonal staff and a full-time internship schedule of 37.5–40 hours per week as described. Open availability is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service, including internships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service
• Ability to manage complex requests with professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Team-oriented and willing to mentor peers
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and live chat with professional communication
• Apply product knowledge and Hermès style in client interactions
• Follow up and resolve client issues promptly
• Respond to client voicemails
• Place online orders and follow up on pending orders
• Resolve e-Commerce delivery issues
• Collaborate with internal partners to exceed client expectations
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection
• Adhere to Hermès policies and procedures
• Uphold high client expectations in every interaction
• Offer tailored solutions and recommendations
