Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients and support daily office operations in-person. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.

You'll manage check-in and intake, maintain a tidy office, and collaborate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience. Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season is required.

Qualifications
