Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our boutique team in-store, delivering premium customer experiences and product knowledge across our chocolate offerings. You’ll work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, maintaining high standards of service and brand presentation while meeting sales goals and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Minimum high school diploma required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to support weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Help achieve store targets by promoting marketing programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as directed.
• Manage cash handling and POS duties per policies.
• Report customer or product issues to management promptly.
