Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of Lindt products to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and promote current marketing programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed.
• Handle cash, POS operations, and paperwork following procedures.
• Report customer issues to management promptly.
• Follow dress code and Lindt selling standards.
