Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers across our Lindt Shops in the United States. You will apply product knowledge and selling skills to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds during store operations. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle POS transactions.
• Able to follow directions and execute tasks efficiently.
