Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking Seasonal Campus Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer experiences on campus stores. You will help customers find course materials, supplies, apparel, and gifts while keeping the floor neat and stocked.

This role supports daily store operations with inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment as needed. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll develop product knowledge, assist with promotions, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, supplies, and apparel.
• Operate the POS to process transactions (cash, credit, financial aid).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
