Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while helping with daily store operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to materials, apparel, and gifts.

You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, stock the floor, and assist with inventory and order fulfillment. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexibility to work peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak academic periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and other items.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, and other store tasks.
