Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member to deliver an exceptional retail experience and support daily campus store operations. You’ll greet customers, help locate materials, and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked sales floor reflecting the Barnes & Noble College brand.

You will operate the point-of-sale system, process cash and card transactions, assist with inventory and receiving, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced campus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions (cash, credit, and financial aid).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and replenishment.
• Support inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, and other operational tasks.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers and collaborate with teammates.
