Job summary

Barnes & Noble College Campus Store is seeking Seasonal Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with course materials, and maintain a welcoming sales floor. You will engage with students and staff, stock shelves, and help with inventory and order fulfillment to support daily operations.

This seasonal role requires flexibility, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to gain experience and enjoy employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating materials and merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions.
