You will help students locate materials, operate the POS, and assist with daily operations to keep the store customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, school supplies, apparel, gifts, and other items.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and replenishment.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment.
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed about promotions and store services.
