Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp network. The position is seasonal (May–Sept), on-site with live-in requirements and a minimum 6‑day, 70‑hour week, in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily culinary operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety, while maintaining high standards for scratch cooking and food safety across multiple camp locations. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (Allergens) required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capability.
• Ability to live on-site in rustic setting.

• Operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
