Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership position at rural summer camps across the US.

This on-site, live-in role oversees all prep and production for designated day parts, staff management, and allergen safety in a fast-paced kitchen. The role requires 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership position, ServSafe Allergens certification, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and batch baking experience.
• Certifications: ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, scratch baking, ingredient versatility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical: ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff to foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory and daily reporting.
