Job summary

Wolfoods on-site leadership role overseeing all daily culinary and service operations at a fast-paced summer camp. The position is live-in, with a six-day, 70-hour week and requires managing FOH and kitchen staff while ensuring allergen safety and regulatory compliance.

You will handle budgeting, inventory, and ordering, and act as the main liaison between campers and Wolfoods corporate office, all within a high-volume camp setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train Front of House and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee culinary and service operations, menu specs, portion control, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
