Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to customers by taking ownership of inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
• Update customer accounts with accurate information and troubleshoot concerns.
• Educate customers on products and services and provide accurate information.
• Perform account maintenance to keep records current and accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to follow up on inquiries.
• Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required.
