Irving Oil is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle heating oil, propane, and diesel inquiries, while delivering exceptional service and accurate account support. The role emphasizes reliable communication and timely problem solving for daily customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• ADDS software experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery
• Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solving customer concerns
• Providing accurate information on products and services as well as educating customers on our products and services
• Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded
• Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries
• Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required
