Irving Oil Ltd. in Concord, NH is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Representative to address customer needs including account maintenance, billing inquiries, product orders and delivery coordination.

You will deliver friendly, efficient service while handling incoming calls and updating customer records. You will verify information, troubleshoot issues, educate customers about products, and collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ADDS software experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care to customers by handling inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
• Verify and update customer account information and troubleshoot concerns.
• Provide accurate information on products and services and educate customers.
• Perform account maintenance and keep records up to date.
• Partner with other departments to follow up on inquiries.
• Contribute to a team environment and perform other duties as required.
