Job summary

Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Seasonal Liquid Clerk to support the Delivery billing team. This on-site role aims to meet daily billing deadlines, keep inventory within tolerances during peak season, and support accurate payments and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of billing operations experience, basic math skills, and a high school diploma. Expect an hourly rate and a collaborative work environment with 401k matching and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with billing operations.
• Strong initiative for troubleshooting and research.

Responsibilities

• Post all trucks accurately by next business day.
• Adjust bulk plant warehouses and trucks per empty product.
• Perform accurate bank reconciliation.
• Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately.
• Manage service and delivery billing.
• Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research.
• Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly.
• Post payments and reconcile bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Process all tank set / pickups accurately and timely.
