Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island is hiring seasonal Buffet Attendants to set up and refill cooked and cold food at the team buffet or serving line during Providence College Basketball games.

This role requires work on game days, delivering friendly customer service, restocking stations, and maintaining health and safety standards while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Refill cooked and cold food items at the buffet and ensure all stations have the appropriate serving utensils.
• Monitor food levels at the buffet and restock items in partnership with the culinary team.
• Provide the highest standard of customer service and respond to guest enquiries.
• Wipe and clean all service stations and follow health and safety procedures.
