Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers across in-store experiences. You will provide excellent service, educate shoppers about products, and foster brand loyalty through omni-channel engagement.

As part of the team, you’ll work to educate customers, promote loyalty programs, and drive sales while maintaining a neat, organized store environment. Ability to handle busy periods and lift up to 30 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to educate and inspire shoppers.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to create a positive, brand-aligned shopping experience.
• Support omni-channel service with loyalty, fitting rooms, cash wrap and stockroom tasks.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
