Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through expert product knowledge and exceptional service. You will educate and inspire customers, using an omni-channel approach to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to meet personal and store goals, support sales floor operations, and maintain an organized space while handling customer interactions professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience is a plus.
• Flexibility with shifts including weekends.
• Ability to use omni-channel selling tools.
• Comfort in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
