Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to educate customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration with leadership and team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to drive brand loyalty and sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Support omni‑channel experiences across store operations.
• Maintain organized work areas and assist on the sales floor and fitting room.
