You’ll connect with customers through authentic conversations, stay current on product drops and trends, and help restock and style displays to keep the store on-brand.

This role offers flexible scheduling, an employee discount on UO products, and hands-on experience with fashion, culture, and retail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store/online activity.
• Create energy on the sales floor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking and styling displays to keep the store on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a team, share ideas, and bring positive energy.
