Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring our store to life with authentic interactions, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help customers connect with products and feel part of the UO experience.

You’ll stay informed about drops, trends, and in-store styling, assist with restocking and merchandising, and support the team to create energizing, inclusive shopping moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life through authentic interactions and knowledge of trends.
• Create energy on the sales floor by engaging customers and sharing product drops.
