You’ll help create an authentic, fun shopping experience that feels uniquely UO. Responsibilities include engaging customers with genuine conversations, restocking, merchandising, and using in-store tech to assist shoppers across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life on the sales floor with individuality and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Create energy through authentic conversations and excitement about exclusive drops and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the store on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store and online channels.
• Stay curious, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Work as a team to maintain a positive store environment.
