Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO brand to life in-store through authentic connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture.

You’ll help create an experience that feels fun, genuine, and unique to Urban Outfitters. In this role, you’ll engage customers, share product drops, restock and style displays, and collaborate with the team to keep the store inspiring and easy to shop.

Qualifications

• A collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
