Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for our store at 2500 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI. You’ll bring the UO experience to life with personal style, genuine conversations, and a love for pop culture.

Engage customers, restock and style displays, stay on trend, and work with a team to create a welcoming, on-brand shopping environment. Flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must love Urban Outfitters and its brand culture.
• Express personal style while representing the brand.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or service experience is a plus, not required.
• Team-oriented with a positive energy.

• Bring the Brand to Life: be authentic, stay aware of drops and trends.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with genuine conversations.

• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store or online.
