Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Brand Ambassador in Spring, TX. You will help bring the UO brand to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture.

This role focuses on creating authentic, fun shopping experiences that feel unique to UO. You’ll engage customers with genuine conversations, stay on top of product drops, and help maintain an on-brand, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and creativity.
• A people-first mindset and enjoy helping others.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain an inspiring, organized space; restock and style displays.
• Support in-store tech to assist customers shopping in-store or online.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team: support your team and bring good energy to the store.
