Old Navy in Fort Wayne is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through expert product knowledge and friendly service. You will educate, inform and inspire customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you’ll engage shoppers across channels, support store operations, and help meet store goals with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about products.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Represent the brand through omni-channel engagement.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with fitting rooms, cashier duties, and daily store operations.
