Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver outstanding service, educate customers on products, and use an omni-channel approach to enhance the shopping experience.

You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to grow and learn, while helping customers find fits and styles. Flexible schedule, 16+ and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn technology tools and mobile apps.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and available products.
• Support store operations across sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
• Deliver an omni-channel customer experience and meet personal goals.
