Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate on products and loyalty programs.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and at the register as needed.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to enhance the customer experience.
