Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our story to life for customers. You will educate customers, drive sales through suggestive selling, and deliver an elevated omnichannel experience. You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals while maintaining a neat, welcoming space.

You’ll be expected to engage respectfully with customers and teammates, promote loyalty programs, and support operations on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap as needed.
