Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate them on products, and use omni-channel tools to deliver a best-in-class experience. Expect to support sales goals while upholding store standards and teamwork.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, assist across the floor and cash wrap, and help maintain an organized environment while ensuring high-quality service. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Not requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and educate them about products to drive sales and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service across in-store and omnichannel channels.
• Promote loyalty programs and suggestive selling to meet personal and store goals.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
