Job summary

Banana Republic is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, educate on products, and deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience. You will work with leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and drive loyalty, while supporting store operations and maintaining an organized work environment.

You should be style-driven, ready to connect with customers, and open to feedback.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring a customer-centric mindset and a passion for fashion.
Ability to engage customers and educate them about loyalty programs.
Comfort with learning and using mobile apps, registers, and day-to-day tech tools.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Treat customers and coworkers with respect and contribute to a positive workplace.
Educate customers about loyalty programs to build brand loyalty.
Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques.
Offer a seamless omnichannel experience across in-store and digital touchpoints.
Be accountable for personal goals contributing to store results.
Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Resolve customer interactions and returns professionally.
Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
