Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our storytelling brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and wardrobe the customer, delivering a best-in-class experience through collaboration with leadership and leveraging omni-channel tools.

You’ll engage with customers, drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling, maintain a neat store, and support cash wrap and back-of-house operations while embodying our heritage and style.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate, inspire, and wardrobe the customer.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
