Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers in our store. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, educate shoppers on products, and support omni-channel experiences to drive loyalty.

Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, maintain a neat, organized space, and assist across sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap. Must be 16+ and legally eligible to work in the United States; evenings, weekends, and holidays availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future visa sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent service and product knowledge.
• Support loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized store area.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
