Job summary

Old Navy in the United States is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering an engaging shopping experience and educating on our products. You’ll apply product knowledge, help shoppers, and support omni-channel interactions to boost loyalty and sales.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, keep a neat environment, and participate in all store duties. Must be 16+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S., with a flexible schedule and tech

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using technology tools and registers.
• Able to learn product knowledge and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• Assist with omni-channel shopping experiences.
