Job summary

Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and educate them on products. You will engage with guests, inform them about loyalty programs, and deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience through collaboration with leadership to meet store goals.

You will contribute to a positive work environment, support sales floor operations, and ensure a neat, organized space. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide omnichannel customer experience.
• Support store operations: floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house.
• Maintain neat, organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
