Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering exceptional service and educating on products to foster loyalty. You will collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class omni-channel experience for every guest.

You should be a strong communicator, passionate about retail, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to use retail technology while assisting on the sales floor, fitting room, and back of house.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with customers and team.
• Retail environment; fast-paced experience.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with retail technology and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and drive sales with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to encourage suggestive selling.
• Enhance omnichannel shopping experiences.
