Athleta in Columbia, SC is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the Athleta experience to life for customers. You will deliver outstanding service, educate customers about products, and inspire confidence through knowledge of our inventory.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to create a welcoming, omni-channel shopping journey. You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Customer-focused service on and off the sales floor to deliver an exceptional experience for customers.
• Passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback and action.
• Agreeable to a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology and POS systems.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
